What People Are Saying

“I was lucky enough to get a sneak peak at this book before it was published! I have read a lot of books, listened to podcasts, and taken classes about First Responder self help and mental health. Jerry was able to summarize most of what I have taken from all of these sources and he put it into one book! A MUST read for any First Responder or family of First Responders. I did a lot of highlighting and go back a read some topics again because Jerry really breaks them down to make perfect sense and how to apply things in your career and family life! Thanks Jerry… ready for your next one!!”
